C.O.D.:
Whenever possible we
prefer that your order be prepaid
either by check or credit card. If
C.O.D. is the only way that works for
you, we will send out a C.O.D. order
by U.S. Mail or U.P.S. For first time
C.O.D. customers, payment will be
required by money order or cashiers
check for the first three orders. There is a
$6.00 charge for any
C.O.D. You must arrange to be there
when the carrier attempts to deliver.
If C.O.D. is refused, you will still
owe the $6.00, and we will not
allow this payment method a second
time.
Minimum Order: We require minimum purchase of
$200.00 each transaction.
Payment Terms: All orders are
sent either prepaid or C.O.D. We
grant Net 30 days to well-rated
customers. Do not jeopardize your
credit. Pay within 30 days from invoice date
so we can always fill your orders.
Shipping: By U.P.S. or First
Class U.S. Mail. Unless you request
First Class U.S. Mail we will ship by
U.P.S. ground (5 days), if you wish
Next Day Air, Blue Label (2 days air),
or Three Day Select you must request
these services. Shipping, handling and
insurance charges are billed directly
to our customers.
Price: Prices are in U.S.
Dollars and are subject to change
without prior notice. Don't hesitate
to call for quotations for large
quantities or special orders. We will
gladly work with you. If some of our
prices are out of line with the
competition, we will gladly verify
prices or give you revised quotes over
the phone.
Illustrations:
Illustrations are approximate and are
not actual size. We reserve the
right to correct any error that may have
occurred in website or advertisement.
We are not responsible for typographical
errors.
Return Policy:
Just return any
unaltered item that you have purchased
from us, within 10 days from receipt,
and we will refund, replace, credit or
exchange depending on your wishes. If
you return items after 10 days there
will be a 20% restocking charge.
Items can not be returned after 30
days of purchase date. Sample orders
(1 - 3 pc each) are not returnable.
POSTAGE NOT REFUNDABLE.
Back-Orders:
We would like to
fill your order completely and never
have a back-order, and we know you
would as well. It is not always
possible to keep every item in stock
all the time, but that is our goal.
When an item can not be filled, we
automatically back-order it for you,
unless the total value of the
back-ordered items is less than
$15.00. Then we ask you to add these
to your next order. Additional items
cannot be added to back-orders. We
ship back-orders the most efficient
way possible. If, after 30 days we
are unable to send your back-ordered
items, we automatically refund your
money. If, you paid by check, we will
send you a refund check. If you paid
by credit card, we will credit your
credit card.

we accept
Cash, Checks, Money Orders, MasterCard,
Visa, American Express, or Discover Card. Foreign orders,
please pay by check in U.S. Dollars
drawn on a U.S. Bank. Signature

N.S.F.: Non-Sufficient Fund
Checks will be assessed a $25.00
minimum fee. Uncollected checks will
be turned over to the Jewelers Board
of Trade for collection. The check
writer will be liable for all
collection costs and the interest on
monies due us at a minimum interest
fee of 18% annually. |
